I've played a few of the Imagine titles, and I would say this might be my favorite. You can customize your character by altering their hairstyle and color, as well as their outfit and makeup. The main goal of the game is to take care of clients by giving them the appropriate makeup style they ask for. The process of applying makeup is very fun, and allows for a decent amount of customization. When you aren't doing that you can go around the town and flirt with boys, and do mini-game part time jobs, and hear fashion "advice." The advice isn't the greatest, and occasionally the customer's requests can be difficult, it doesn't block you from continuing though. Overall this is a quality game that I would reccomend! Lots of fun and very customizable and the characters are very cute and have a large range of emotions.

I dont know why this game is getting such bad reviews, me and my husband LOVE it. The controls are not bad as others have said; you just have to be careful when you point the wii remote as it should be. As for the game cheating, LOL I think all games cheat some when I'm losing but what fun would a game be if you won every battle or finished the game in 3 hours. Then people would be screaming it was too easy and where would the challenge be. The only thing wrong with this game is it keeps me up too late doing 'just one more quest'. Out of all our wii games, and yes we have lots, this is one of our favorites and the replay value is awesome. No two battles are the same, how many other games can say that.

My daughter got a DS for Christmas last year and this game was the first game she opened. Once she got the hang of the DS and the game, she loved being able to go through the different tasks and unlocking the various animals. 2 months later, she's still playing it quite a bit - she'd actually spend hours playing it if I would let her. The game is easy enough for her to go through the various activities and follow the directions without getting frustrated, but yet not too simple that she gets bored with it.
That said, I can understand how older kids and adults might not find this game as fun as other games out there. But for the time being, while my daughter still finds it fun, I'd defintely say it's a keeper.

I just purchased this unit last night for my wife. The Wii Sports package on 12/3/09. We are both loving it. Its fun, entertaining, and you work up a sweat. If you bother to read the 1 stars, they are just idiots. This system was not meant to be put up against X-Box 360 or the PS3. If they have done their research, they would of known better. I also own the PS3 and strictly use it for blu-ray movies and few games.

As for the Nintendo Wii. It is fun, fun, fun. The package I purchased came with Wii sports which include Tennis, Boxing, Bowling, Golf, Baseball. And Mario Super Sluggers, with an extra controller and nun-chuck.

The resolution on the system is 480i/480p. (not a high def unit)
Does not play Blu-Rays nor DVDs. (again, not going up against X-Box / PS3)
Unit is very small and comes with a vertical stand.
Small sensor bar that either placed above or below the tv, to read the controllers.
A/V composite cables, (red,white,yellow)
plug in adapter

My advice, check out the other reviews, and research. This system is meant to have fun. For all ages. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis, and she can use this.
